General Description
The ET93010 is an ultra-small LED flash driver that provides a high level of adjustability within a small solution size. The ET93010 utilizes a 2-MHz or 4-MHz fixed-frequency synchronous boost converter to provide power to the 1.6A constant current LED source. The 128 levels current source provides the flexibility to adjust the current ratios in Flash/Torch/IR modes. An adaptive regulation method ensures the current source remain in regulation and maximizes efficiency. The ET93010 provides IVFM protection mode to prevent system reset or shutdown under low battery condition.
The ET93010 are controlled via an I2C compatible interface. These features include: flash/torch current, flash timeout duration, IVFM. The ET93010 also provides hardware flash pin (STROBE/TX) to control Flash events.
The ET93010 is available in WLCSP8 Package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
